No draft exists yet
Unlike the Privacy Policy, no Terms of Service draft has been written — legals/AGENTS.md lists it under "Still to draft", alongside the merchant agreement and customer booking terms. This page reuses the Privacy Policy shell so the two documents share one layout, but the body is lawyer-owned and will replace this notice once counsel drafts it.
